Because You Are...

I’m on my way to visit my boyfriend for the first time at his home in California. I’ve never been to Cali, let alone anywhere that’s not on the east coast or Jamaica. Wow, come to think of it, I really haven’t traveled much. I’ve lived in several places in Florida (University of Florida, GO Gators; Ft. Lauderdale, etc.) and now New York City. I’ve always felt too busy to travel. Now that I’m out of school and in the ‘real world’, I realize I wasn’t too busy before! I bet when I’m married with kids I’ll look back on these years and think that I wasn’t really busy now, either. Anyway, I’m so excited to go to Cali to visit him and meet all his people. His mother :-) His best friends. His church. I expect to fall in love all over again.
